A current challenge in the activities of management, use and integrated management of natural resources provided by the natural environment is to try to assign values of quantitative and qualitative both goods and services provided by such means; this based on the independence of the existence or not existing in the market in which they can support to achieve this objective valuation prices. It is important to carry out such assessments because they allow estimating the costs of both the benefits lost through environmental damage to the resource or use irrationally. Economically evaluate the environment means the attempt to assign quantitative values to the goods and services provided by environmental resources, regardless of the existence of market for the same. This means that the need far exceeds the valuation work that makes the market by providing price and allocating resources within the economy. There is a huge amount of environmental goods and services for which it is impossible to find a market where prices to ration its use within the system are generated. The assessment indicates that the environment is not free, the challenge is expressed in terms of what.
