The current research evaluates the results of an education program in rights with community mothers for the solution of conflicts in commune number eight in Santa Marta city. The program looks for the development of the analisis capacity and rationality for taking desitions that allows in to an active participation in the problems solving, tending improve community member's life conditions. The research is indicated in a cuasi experimental researching design with a control group and pre - post measure, in souch a way that it can be measured not just the resoluty of the program but it effective ness in the conflict solve inside the community. It was used the questionnaire adapted to the Rahim theory and other author of the conflict theory with the purpose of determine the way how people solve problems inside the community. This evaluation pretends to show objectively the effectiveness of the program and the most important differences between the subjects who received the education focus rights.
