This study facilitated the design ofthree culture medium (PAPl, PAP2, PAP3) to study the growth k:inetics of two autoctonal isolation strains (identified as 8, 32) of Tlzemws spp. The PAP2 medium was equally efficient in growing both isolates. Our major finding was the design of a culture medium and the substitution of hot spring in the laboratory culture of Tlzennus spp. These findings will facilitate the production of thermostables enzymes as lipases, proteases and amylases.
