A case of P .M.H.F.L. is reported in a 55 year old woman, who was admitted to Bogota's St. Clara Hospital, with respiratory symptoms over a ten year period RX of the thorax revealed multiple bilateral nodules. She underwent antituberculosis treatment for five years without clinical or radiological improvement. A biopsy allowed us to make a definitive diagnosis. We surveyed the literature, the pathological findings and the treatment of P.M.H.F.L.
