The article is focused on impacts and consequences of application about structural stabilization and adjustment programs in the educational field. This article analyzes, specially, the conse- quences to the cutting of transfe- rences regimen (current incomes of the Nation which could be given to departments and towns in order to attend the loan of education and health services), and the reforms to laboral regimen that affects teachers who work with colombian state.
