In the present article, is sought to carry out the study of feasibility, for the creation of a wireless networks engineering services business in the area of the telecommunications supported by a strategy for the implementation of the business based on the analysis of the five forces of Porter. So that can be determined if is or not competitive with the foreign businesses that offer this type of services in the local market, therefore the analysis is carried out supported in the plans of budget. The utility of this document is found in the utilization of the concepts of finances for studies of feasibility and competitiveness. Reference is done al strategic concept of planning organizing the information of the industry in the model of the five forces developed by Michael Porter, to show the feasibility of the project.
