espanolEn este articulo se presenta una reflexion sobre los procesos de participacion y comunicacion de una red de aprendizaje a partir de los resultados de un proceso de investigacion titulado: �Red Virtual de Aprendizaje del Area de Matematicas como Estrategia de Formacion e Investigacion de Docentes�, proyecto financiado por la Universidad Distrital Francisco Jose de Caldas, COLCIENCIAS. y el Ministerio de Educacion Nacional de Colombia. La reflexion se centra en categorias como los procesos colaborativos, los estilos comunicativos utilizados y la participacion, las cuales se evidencian en el uso de herramientas comunicativas y colaborativas, en el entorno virtual de la red en mencion. El analisis de estas categorias evidencia el logro de aprendizajes de los participantes en aspectos tecnologicos de interaccion con el espacio virtual, en la dimension social que favorece la conformacion de una red entre los docentes y en aspectos sobre la didactica de la matematica apoyada en el uso de tecnologia. EnglishIn this article a reflection appears on the processes of participation and communication of a network of learning from the results of a process of investigation: �Virtual networking of Learning of the Area of Mathematics like Strategy of Educational Formation and Investigation�, project financed by the Universidad Distrital Francisco Jose de Caldas, COLCIENCIAS and the Ministerio de Educacion of Colombia. The reflection is centered in categories like the colaborative processes, the communicative styles used and the participation, which are demonstrated in the use of comunications and colaborative tools, in the virtual surroundings of the network in mention. The analysis of these categories, demonstrates the profit of learnings of the participants in technological aspects of interaction with the virtual space, in the social dimension that favors the conformation of a network between the educational ones and in aspects on the supported Didactics of the mathematical one in the technology use.
