Se presenta un recuento de los hallazgos obtenidos en el proceso de investigacion orientado por el grupo Psicosis y Psicoanalisis, teniendo en cuenta los aportes que el grupo ha visto en cuanto a la perspectiva psicoanalitica como una alternativa en pro del establecimiento del lazo social del sujeto psicotico. El trabajo se llevo a cabo en el Hospital de Nazareth, programa Ecoterapia, localidad 20 de Sumapaz, Bogota; se realizo con 64 sujetos psicoticos en sesiones individuales y grupales por un periodo de 11 meses. Orientados desde las concepciones lacanianas, se llevaron a cabo discusiones una vez por semana con investigadores del grupo, en las cuales se articulaban los registros obtenidos en la labor clinica con la teoria analitica; de dichos analisis se pudo concluir que mediante un trabajo guiado desde el dispositivo analitico lacaniano, en espacios grupales e individuales se potencio la emergencia de significantes, de procesos del orden de la identificacion y trabajo en torno al cuerpo, su unicidad y reconocimiento, que dieron cuenta del establecimiento del lazo social. ABSTRACT It is presented a recount of the findings obtained in the process of investigation oriented by the Psychosis and Psychoanalysis group, having into account the contributions that the group has seen, regarding the psychoanalytical perspective as an alternative pro the establishment of the social bond of the psychotic patient. The work was done on the Nazareth Hospital, program Ecotherapy, 20th locality of Sumapaz, Bogota; it was performed with 64 psychotic subjects on individual and group sessions for a period of 11 months. Oriented from the Lacanian conceptions, once a week discussions with investigators from the group were done, in which the obtained records from the clinical work were articulated with the analytical theory; from such analysis it could be concluded that through a guided work from the Lacanian analytical device, in group and individual spaces, it was potentiated the emergence of signifiers, of processes of the order of identification and work around the body, its uniqueness and recognition, that gave account of the establishment of the social bond.
