Because of the boom in the development of adaptive virtual courses, there has been significant progress in the areas of Intelligent Tutoring Systems (ITS) and Pedagogical Multi-Agent Systems (MAS) teaching. But there is not a specific methodology to facilitate the construction of such courses. Therefore the objective of this article is to present a methodological approach for the analysis, design and development of ITS based on the paradigm of MAS to Integrate Into virtual courses characteristics of personalized learning. It should be noted that this methodological approach will be validated through the implementation of a prototype which is being developed within the project CIA (Cursos virtuales Inteligentes Adaptativos).
