espanolObjetivo: caracterizar las practicas pedagogicas de los docentes de programas de salud de la Universidad Catolica de Manizales. Metodologia: estudio descriptivo, con enfoque etnografico reflexivo. Hallazgos: se evidencia la poca articulacion entre la teoria y la practica, dado que estas se sustentan aun en modelos tradicionales, que centran su interes en la transmision de conocimientos y acumulacion de aprendizajes. Conclusion: desde los discursos del maestro se reconoce la necesidad de un cambio y de una mayor motivacion en la participacion y construccion del conocimiento por parte de los estudiantes. EnglishObjective: To characterize the teachers' pedagogical practices of health programs at The Catholic University of Manizales. Methodology: this is a descriptive study with a reflective ethnographic approach. Findings: it makes evident a little articulation between theory and practice, since they are based on traditional models that focus their interest in the transfer of knowledge and the accumulation of learning. Conclusion: from the discourse of the teacher, it recognizes the need for a change and a greater motivation in the participation and building of knowledge by the students.
