Therefore it intends to constitute a business finalized as company limited whose fundamental purpose is mitigate the remote initiatives without future as the ones that are practiced at present and that involve deterioration of the produccion conditions of the rural economy, affected by different situations that by the time will conduct to the reduction of the internal offering of the production affecting the food supply stability.
