We conducted a literature review of issues of concern: the risk, its constraints and its application to occupational area, and the etiology, behavior and management of both preventative and reactive four musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) more frequent (neck pain, back pain , back pain and carpal tunnel syndrome). Evidenced in the literature that, from the labor approach, these conditions are more common causal elements which include adopting unsuitable postures, stay in immobility for long periods, and repetitive movements without adequate rest periods, situations that too often characterize the working conditions of workers in the administrative area of business. In that sense, are the most common recommendations related to implementing anything that generates a site and adequate working conditions to favor the postural hygiene, all the above with the use of attachments in support of work activities (keyboards and slide special keyboards, headphones and headsets for phone use among others), and further the practice of active breaks accompanied by stretching exercises. Finally while it is very important to work on prevention, it is also necessary to improve the processes of early diagnosis and proper management of these diseases in order to avoid its complications and sequelae.
