Dilemas de los psicólogos/terapeutas sistémicos en formación y la contribución de una intervención sistémica de apoyo en la construcción de su identidad
In this investigation - intervention presents an understanding of the processes that living psychologists/therapists in systemic training, a psychology student and two graduate students, with respect to their professional identity, from the beginning of the psychotherapeutic practice, and the contribution of the conversational spaces in the construction of this, in order to improve their possibilities for action in the context therapeutic. From the case study from the holistic approach makes a description of their dilemmas, which were related to the conceptualization of the good psychologist/therapist, the devaluation of the professional style, the conceptions of the theory as a truth and the assessment of professional competence focused a limited vision and refusal to themselves. The spaces conversational took into account the knowledge, purposes, dreams and commitments of the participants, which were related to the postulates of the systemic approach. It is as well as the participants redefined some conceptions of the psychotherapeutic practice and create a vision of themselves more enabler, which favored its positioning in processes of psychotherapeutic, the appropriation of theory and the inclusion of the paradigm, the systemic. Finally, it is proposed the usefulness of including in the academic curriculum a component dedicated to the construction of a professional identity.
