The main objective of this study was to advance a process of benchmarking between EAN University and other universities on a national, Latin American and North American programs specifically for Specialization in Business Administration in order to establish the strengths and weaknesses to improve competitiveness through the application of best practices and processes, maintaining the leadership in education within the university level. From the assessment of the distinctive features of the graduate programs and their general characteristics, its curriculum and the various barriers to entry were characterized in conjunction with those offered by the University EAN, which allowed to formulate a set of weaknesses and fortresses.
