The dysphagia is a major sequelae underlying events cerebrovascular, and within these the most difficult to diagnose are pharyngeal dysphagia , since they require large clinical expertise by the speech therapist at the time to evaluate and support Exam dynamic to give a true diagnosis. The involvement of pharyngeal dysphagia requires extensive neuro and structural understanding of the mechanism of swallowing and thus structure the plan in a timely and effective rehabilitation intervention. The objective of this case study is to show the results of a rehabilitation method to promote laryngeal elevation and hyoid movement in pharyngeal swallowing disorders, weakness and possible movement of hyoid cricopharyngeal dysfunction and / or low Superior Esophageal Sphincter opening. The progress report is presented and rehabilitation. The initial state is described phonoaudiological valuation through a subjective and objective assessment supported by a dynamic test ( cine- swallowing ) , the implementation of the guideline , evolution and finally the general conclusions of the implemented techniques.
