En el presente escrito se recogeran, a traves de la lectura de Michel Foucault, algunos elementos que ayuden a construir una historia del cuerpo en la experiencia judicial y como los efectos de la instrumentalizacion de este, han creado, modificado o destruido, las diferentes formas de verdad y subjetividad. Al final se hara una lectura de algunos de los textos de Michel Foucault, y que se consideran mas relevantes, en el tema de las intervenciones corporales Abstract In the present article we will collect through the reading of Michel Foucault, some elements that will help us to build a body in the history of judicial experience and how the effects of the manipulation of it, have created, modified or destroyed, the different forms of truth and subjectivity. At the end we will read some texts of Michel Foucault that are considered as the most relevant in the topic of body interventions.
