La Compania Colombiana de ConsultoresCCC SA, is a company recognized for its track record in providing integrated engineering services in the area of consulting, development of infrastructure projects of public and private sector. The organization is composed of a strategic focus (board, president and corporate management) and three managers (commercial, multi-project management and internal). This document defines the Improvement Plan for integrated projects in the CCC SA management, and where the application of knowledge and information related to project management issues is based on the PMBOK ® standards, and ISO 21500 Guidance Standard on project management, and best practice guidelines in PM, these standards help to understand the needs of improvement in the company regarding project management. This work facilitates the understanding for management of the company, to strengthen initialization, planning, execution, monitoring and controlling and closing processes in projects, and achieve success in the services of the Company and the achievement of strategic objectives and performance.
