The main purpose of this paper is to study and analize the characteristics of the Maslow motivation model and its influence on the current work environment, deepening on the pyramid of needs and how it is used in organizations, due to the arguments that have arisen in recent years which specify that the motivation is part of human behavior, and this is how workers respond to the motivation that the organization has given to them, creating a particular work environment, remembering that this is a phenomenon that occurs in organizations by the people, which makes these are motivated to offer the best to the organization.
