La apuesta por la escritura como herramienta para los docentes parte del reconocimiento de la produccion escrita como un ejercicio reflexivo acerca de todo aquello que los docentes hacen, piensan, desean y saben, siempre bajo la referencia de un contexto particular de formacion, desempeno y exigencias, esto es, en el marco de una practica situada (institucion oficial o privada, Educacion Basica o Educacion Superior). Asi, el articulo que a continuacion se presenta, hace un analisis de la escritura como herramienta del maestro que le suscita eventos de visibilizacion , reivindicacion y supervivencia; credibilidad y prestigio; incitacion e influjo; generacion de informacion y comunicacion; y construccion de confianza en si mismo, todo esto en el horizonte de la configuracion de su propia condicion de docente. This way, the paper that is presented, makes an analysis of the writing like the teacher's tool that it raises him, recovery and survival; credibility and prestige; incitement and influence; generation of information and communication; and construction of trust in itself, all this in the horizon of the configuration of their own condition of educational.
