This article Intends to reflect on the relationship between the transformation in the labor market and the peace process in Colombia. Consequently, there is an exploration of how the labor conditions can be an obstacle or a possibility to foster the reinsertion of demobilized. This way, the article focuses on pointing out the problems for the social integration the demobilized individual are experiencing through the analysis of the labor market transformations that happened in Colombia during the 90s.
