Abstract:
The present paper comes from reflection on teaching practice with technological mediation at different educational levels. At present, there is an imperative need for all educational institutions to mediate their learning processes with Information Technology and Communication (ICT) available at this time. Both teachers and students have different challenges in this process. On the one hand, the teacher is faced with designing different teaching and learning strategies to the conventional ones, an objective that is now not achieved in most cases; on the other hand, the student who interacts with these spaces requires a set of skills that have not often been developed at the expected level. © Revista Colombiana de Ciencias Sociales.
