The objective of the research was to identify quality indicators used in speech therapy services in Bogota, characteristics, investigating the knowledge of the concept of quality indicators and domains. Method: qualitative, exploratory scoped. Participants were 25 providers with audiology services enabled. We conducted open interviews and document review. Results: professionals with parameters related indicators that measure the quality of services. Used indicators of the four domains identified in the annex to resolution 1446 of 2006, but most do not have a full sheet, just are described. Investigation led to the conclusion of related concepts and generating quality indicators of the profession remains to be developed.
