Industrial Property Rights and health registrations are two topics undoubtedly interrelated when introducing into the market products that required said authorizations for it commercialization. Although it is not a new topic, constant discussion keep arising between those who defend industrial property rights as a development source and those who consider them as an obstacle for he adequate economic development of the countries. This article presents a general view of the current situation of this right crossing situation in Colombia and its real incidence over the health registrations prosecution.
