To the sustrate (filter press cake of sugar cane and botton fly ash 3:1 v/v) poultry manure and lombricompost from cow dung at levels of 0,6 and 12% v/v were aditioned and soluble sources of Nitrogen (0,150, 300), phosphorus (0,100,200), iron (0,40,60) and copper (0,20,40 g/m 3 ). It were planted tomato seeds of Santa Clara variety in plastic cups. The experimental desing was one complete randomnized with eigh repetitions. After 35 days the high (cm), the breadth (cm), the number of leaves, the stem diameter and the fresh and dry weight of foliage and root system wre evaluates. The V. S. P. model can be perfected with the combinated aditions of lombricompost in leveIs of 6 and 12% v/v and 150 to 300 g. of Nitrogen as urea applied in solution to the cups before the sowing. It was relevant the mixture of 6% of lombricompost plus 300 9 of Nitrogen. The phosphorus had a minor effect. The Fe and the Cu don't had effect upon the model.
