Exploratory study on the responsible use of the citizens according to their social status. The evaluation determines whether they are: Accountable,medium responsible and irresponsible. This paper addresses the issue of responsible drinking from a perspective critical of the direction being taken by the consumer in the world where this has become an issue that deepens every day more and more environmental problems, social differences and inequality human, but at the same time gives lights to raise awareness of what is happening, environmental and human degradation product of production and consumption practices that have led to inadequate current deterioration of the world and of society itself, in this way helps to improve relations of the trinomial business-society and ecology, which should be developed entirely with ethical principles of harmony and respect for each other.
