The author wishes to submit a proposal for specific competences in Law within the Latin America Tuning Project, for which it develops, with the limited information sources available, a history of the process. In addition, he exposes some considerations regarding training by competences and the formative project, or Colombian Constitutional Law program, in which he includes four of the European Tuning competences for the development of the training route of his study subject.
