There are some relationships between an organization and an institution, which allows building an analytical approach stemming from complexity and institutionalism, if you start with the statement that it is not possible to separate the analysis of any organization from the arrangement, nor from the institutional structure from which it makes part and helps to model; it is not meant to have an “institutional determinism”, but that an organization like any other one has a relative framework of autonomy and field of action, in which its components and organizational dynamics are conclusive. This approach attempts to put together the organizational analysis, particularly, the one coming from the paradigm of complexity according to Etkin and Schvarstein, with the institutional analysis mainly coming from, but not exclusively, the economic and administrative analysis (which stems basically from sociology).
