This project involved the initial search for an organization with small and medium enterprises characteristics. This company C.I Faseflores Ltda. Was located. Colombian company with over 20 years old in the market and whose purpose corresponds to the production and marketing of export quality cut flowers. Was performed a sensitization process which explained the operation of the matrix MMGO “Model of Modernization for Organizational Management” It dynamic, it methodology and scope of the project. Interviews were conducted with managers responsible for each area, in order to fill all the components proposed by the matrix. It runs an organizational diagnosis, in which 15 components that form the matrix were evaluated, later was implemented the Kast and Rosenzweig sub systems model, which is made applied through poll to the strategic, technical and operational staff of the organization and that was carried out in order to have a different analysis respect to the MMGO matrix complementing both theories. We proceeded to analyze and evaluate each of results, these generated 3 routes of improvement according to the components rated less than 50% in the MMGO, the result showed that the priority routes were Environment Analysis, Communication and Information Management and Structure and Organizational Culture, these were budgeted and presented to the project advisor and juries.
