TIES: Technological Innovation Evaluation System (Metodología Para la Identificación del Potencial de Comercialización de Innovaciones Tecnológicas y la Definición DelModelos de Negocios de Empresas de Base Tecnológica (Spanish)
The main objective of TIES is to provide a methodology to support technology based incubators to identify, formulate, carry out and monitor technological research and development programs, projects and strategies, to be further commercialized. The methodology proposes the steps to be followed to determine the product model called INNOVATEC; its business model i.e., the ways and means the product will be brought into the market, and the Business Plan supporting the entrepreneurship.
