This reflection is about the correlation among investigation, education and innovation. The correlation of teaching, research and social projection is seen as an approach for the comprehension of the issue related to the mediation of education in the scientific or integral formation; in relation with processes of investigation and social innovation. This study led us to realize that this reciprocity is achieved if it is considered the need for recognizing the different elements that intervene in a pedagogical practice of the teaching-learning of the scientific knowledge, oriented towards the formation of integral professionals. It is about an approach to the problem of educability that demands teachers and administrators to know and acknowledge the interests and problems of the professionals in formation; and those of the society where he/she will perform as a professional, applying the knowledge of his/her disciplinary and humanistic formation.
