Without power, organizations do not exist, for administration takes place with it and for it through practices that create and recreate power relations. Organizations regulate, control and discipline work and workers. The ways to do it are evident in comunicative interactions from face-to-face encounters among individuals in the organization. Thanks to the semiosis created by face-to-face interactions, verbal languages –delimited here in speeches—and non-verbal languages can be observed and analysed with respect to space semiotics,body and time specifically.
