In this article a partial report research findings on monitoring experience the Justices in Medellin presented since his first election to the present, we sought to collect information from direct sources in the preliminary stage of implementation of the Justices of the Peace Act, assessments and partial monitoring of the process of choosing these same Justices, evaluation and monitoring of the process, once started operating and the current phase are the questions facing the new election or continued who act as such. This same project included a reference to the bill that is before the Congress to establish clearly amending and critically make some concrete contributions in this regard
