The work was developed at the enterprise Brus Refrigeration belonged to the metals sector where we carried out a strategic and organizational diagnosis, we identified strengths and weaknesses, we analyzed those factors that create troubles at the production line of the capacitors section and we finally formulated a specific problem to be solved by simulation. The results suggest improvements to extend the production capacity of the capacitor reference 1107125, managing to create a new methodology for timing and motion, in addition of that we edited an interactive book that give to the reader the method as a proposal to carry out the simulation of any manufacturing process. The objective was to build a methodology for analyzing and modeling real data showing production chain efficiencies and deficiencies, so as to achieve improved productivity. This methodology will contribute to improvements to your existing company capacitor production process.
