The carpal luxofracture is a traumatic injury, which involves the joint capsule, a segment of bone and other related structures such as ligaments, neurovascular elements, synovial fluid and muscle. At the luxofracture carpal more frequent with 60-70% is the scapholunate bone, due to its anatomical position in the axis of the radio carpal joint (5). This type of luxofractures in carpal generated infrequently, but given the complexity of the area can generate significant effects. (15) This case is presented in an English Bulldog breed puppy that comes to the clinic EVI (Veterinary Emergency Immediate) in Medellin, Colombia, the patient was admitted with good body condition without complications in biogenetics, vaccination and deforming plan in force.
