Background. In radiological assessment of supracondylar fractures of children elbows, some measurements as the Baumann angle, the angle of diaphyseal condyle tilt, the evaluation of the line above and the humeral rotational . There is no available evidence about the relationship of these measurements and the treatment or its results. Objetive. To determine the relationship between some of these measurements and the treatment of supracondylar humerus fractures in children. Materials and methods. An observational, descriptive and prospective trial with supracondylear fractures of distal humerus in children was done. Measurements of: angle of Baumman, angle of humerocondylar line, and humeral rotational rate in lateral projection were performed in pre and post-operative times, for three observers. Landis and Koch criteria for interobserver and intraobserver correlationship was used. Statistical analysis was obtained with the Kappa score for nominal variables and Pearson coefficient for continuous variables. Results. Conclusions. In our work a good to excellent relationship, was present according to the Landis and Koch criteria, between radiological measurements. There were not agreement between the treatment decisions and radiological measurements.
