Desde el discurso oral propio del hombre Caribe, Berdella De la Espriella explora la vida rural resaltada por la tragedia en un marco de humor despiadado; para destacarlo, este ensayo pretende asentar la relacion existente entre estos opuestos en el libro de relatos titulado A golpes de esperanza. Como referentes teoricos, seran de utilidad los presupuestos de Vansina y Gomez desde el manejo de la oralidad, previendo el papel del iniciador en el acto discursivo y enfocando la legalidad del lenguaje en un contexto especifico. La presencia de la supersticion en los relatos sera valorada desde su contexto explicito, mientras que el humor sera resenado a partir del angulo semiotico-discursivo propuesto por Eco. ABSTRACT From the oral speech, characteristic of the Caribbean man, Berdella De la Espriella explores the rural life highlighted by tragedy in a framework of merciless humor. To stand this out, this essay pretends to establish the relationship between these opposing characteristics in the book of stories A golpes de esperanza. As theoretical referents, there will be used the presumptions of Vansina and Gomez about speech management, foreseeing the role of the initiator in the discursive act, and focusing the legitimacy of language in a specific context. The presence of superstition in the stories will be valued from its explicit context, while humor will be pointed out from the semiotic-discursive angle proposed by Eco.
