The Latin America´s crisis of human rights reflects itself in the significant quantity of native population that belong to our countries and have been subjected to processes of discrimination, plundering, economic neoliberalism and globalization, that have condemned this communities to underdevelopment and to aserious situation that risks his existence. This article analyses the situation of the native population´s rights in Colombia, having into account the legal development of international law of human rights developed at auniversal and a Latin-American level.
