This research has the intention of presenting a sectorial characterization in terms of the administrative and operative structure of the external accounts of nonfactorial services that compose the balance of services in Valle del Cauca (Colombia), given the difficulty of the information and being this work a pioneer work in the area of accounting in services, this introduces a methodological approach to calculate the services of transport sub - sector.
