It is a rare clinical condition that can be confused with other pri-mary headaches such as paroxysmal hemicrania, SUNCT and trigeminal neuralgia. There are many diseases and intracranial lesions that may mimic cluster headache, within these symptomatic causes, neuro-ophthalmic disorders should be part of the differential diagnosis of all patients with cluster like headache.
