The emergence of the myth of modernity created parallel coloniality, the latter has been intentionally ignored in the process of illustration and little has been appointed the effects generated in so-called underdeveloped countries, particularly in Latin America; through it, the thought that has been Eurocentric epistemic questions explaining the different branches of knowledge was implemented. The law has not escaped this thinking and is dedicated to recognizing rights regularly conducts external needs, without questioning the consequences of the security of these in native and traditional populations.
