The discipline of Web Engineering experiences a rapid consolidation of the software development activities and the use of technologies, where the experiences of users and community are placed. This process is continually refined. It takes concepts and gives them a bigger importance, such as: Usability, Functionality, Reliability, Efficiency and Maintenance capacity, centered in the development of Components, Security and Internet Standards. The above mentioned has allowed to create equipments, to communicate and to apply experiences in the development of Web Software applications. The implications and modifications of Information and Communication Technologies -TIC, fundamentally for Internet, bring a development of Software that has unchained in several Web applications, one of them the e-learning. The social dimension of superior educational institutions points to the establishment of a collaborative and contextualized learning, where participants interact through knowledge, information, means, partners, advisers and institution. The above-mentioned in order to develop a learning process that contributes to understand reality in a better way and to negotiate required changes supported in information technologies and communication, generating elements to improve the education level, eliminating the space time barriers. This way, by making reference to the virtual spaces of learning by means of e-learning, facilitate the learning process trough Internet Technology.
