Globalization is a multidimensional process with an economic, sociological, political, cultural and anthropological vision. The most widespread vision has been the economic, which analyzes globalization as a combination of phenomena resulting from the progressive opening of the economies to foreign goods and capital. Globalisation reduced the isolation experienced across history by a large part of the developed world in all orders, creating many opportunities of access to knowledge and technology through communications and information technology, sources of global development. Reference is made to the Iberian Community of Nations as one of the strongest processes in support of harmonic and effective relations among the 22 States that are part of it, with the objective of promoting the development of the region and fostering democracy, on the basis of cooperation among the Latin American countries.
