Este articulo tiene como objetivo mostrar los agentes terapeuticos utilizados por un grupo de madres para solucionar los problemas de salud de sus hijos. Utilizando la metodologia cualitativa, y por medio de las entrevistas individual, entrevista a grupos focales, notas de campo y observacion no participante, se indago sobre esos agentes en 57 eventos de salud-enfermedad. Para ello se manejo el concepto de muestra teorica, de manera que cuando se logro la saturacion de la informacion se suspendio la recoleccion. Los resultados muestran que las madres utilizan diferentes recursos en busca de la salud del infante y que el itinerario recorrido se prolonga en la medida en que fracasan los tratamientos propuestos por los diferentes agentes. ABSTRACT This article wants to show the therapeutical ways used by a group of mothers to solved the health problems of their childern. We made a thorough research with these agents through the qualitative methods and by way of the individual interview, interviewing focal groups, field investigation and observation which comprehended 57 events. The concept of theoretical pattern was carefully used so that when we had the information needed, the recollection of data was finished. As result we can see that the mothers use different ways searching the improvement of their infants health and that the way we have to follow becomes longer through the failure of the different treatments proposed by the different agents.
