This present article gives the elements for a reflexion in the necessity to analyze and to propose alternatives in the new conception of adult education for the development of postgraduate programs; in this sense the education must have in mind the caracteristics to warranty the success in this education process. It begins by gives a clear mean by adult in the adult education field in permanent education wich has a more dynamic focus, its characteristics shows specific exigencies that requires specific strategies begining in the adult learning.
