This paper shows the most important aspects of an interpretive exercise realized as part of a research project in which many managers of cooperative organizations in the city of Manizales (Colombia) where interviewed. The answers configure complex interpretive networks that these managers have about the relations between management, ethics, cooperation, politics and environmentalism.
