Evaluación de la actividad antimicrobiana de los metabolitos secundarios detectados por fermentación en medio líquido de acremoniun sp nativo del páramo de cruz verde
Acremonium sp is one of the representatives of the kingdom fungi in the production of secondary metabolites of biological interest especially directed to the pharmaceutical industry such as antibiotics despite having complex chemical structures, represent a great economic interest, for this reason that tried to develop a fermentation liquid in Hanson half to assess secondary metabolites A. strictum and evaluate its antimicrobial action against E.coli, S. aureus, B. subtilis, P. auriginosa, this was done for liquid-liquid extraction with low polarity solvent (petroleum ether) and high polarity (ethyl acetate), these extracts obtained were subjected to thin layer chromatography and gas chromatography obtaining biological metabolites of interest , to which was faced with finding named bacteria and antimicrobial action of ethyl acetate extract of the four bacteria using a concentration of 2.18 ug / ul demonstrating that substances obtained from liquid fermentation of A. strictum isolated Cruz Verde the moor has bactericidal action besides other biological actions.
