The intent accompanying the writing of this paper is to address regional culture from childhood. Children's culture needs at this moment in history , analysis, reflection and revision , given the serious consequences that weigh anthropological and sociological in humanity , particularly in Colombian society . This article is only the prelude to a research that this forward , and that is part of the macro-project value system of the daily life of people in the Boyaca region of the Institute Juan de Castellanos.
