This document has as purpose to describe the evolution of entrepreneurship at Universidad Tecnologica de Bolivar, conceived since 1998 and matured in the last years, with the finality of generating a model for its students, helping them to detect business opportunities in the region and country; fulfilling with social responsibility as new entrepreneurs and promoting social responsible business from its students. As a result of this research work, a model of Project cycle that guides to the Center of Entrepreneurship could be established rounding in the promotion of entrepreneurship culture in academia community of Universidad Tecnologica de Bolivar and entrepreneurs of region, generating an attitude of creating enterprise.
