The intention of this work is to share with the academic community the advances and results of a work of investigation that is based on a theoretical frame proposed by the author, who allows him to consolidate a methodology to describe the Corporate Culture of an organization. For it , he, has done up to the date applications in approximately 28 companies in Colombia and 1 in Mexico with students of pregrado and posgrado of the Faculty High Studies of Administration and Business (FAEN) of the University of the Rosario and in activities of Consultancy. To illustrate the methodology, object of this article, it he refers in his application in a company of the industrial sector, demonstrating the relevancy of the theoretical frame, the validity of his methodology, as well as reliability of the technologies of qualitative and quantitative character used, joined the classification, organization, tabulation and analysis in the information that they present for the intention of the author.
