El presente articulo es el resultado de la investigacion realizada con maestros indigenas ika y se compararon las experiencias de etnoeducadores kankuamo, nasa, wayuu y mokana en conversatorios pedagogicos. Se contextualizo la dinamica educativa de los maestros en sus escuelas y se analizaron aspectos importantes de la etnoeducacion indigena propia. La informacion se recogio a traves de entrevistas, videos y registros fotograficos. Se visualizo el pensamiento pedagogico, la interculturalidad y compromiso sociocultural de los maestros indigenas en sus comunidades, los cuales estan influenciados por legados ancestrales de sus cosmovisiones. Abstract This article is the result of research conducted with indigenous teachers ika and compared the experiences of ethnic teachers such as kankuamo, nasa, wayuu and mokana in educational conversations. He contextualized educational dynamics of the teachers in their schools and discussed important aspects of indigenous education. The information was gathered through interviews, videos and photographic records. Pedagogical thought was visualized, multiculturalism and cultural engagement of indigenous teachers in their communities, which are influenced by an-cient legacies of their worldviews.
